Appointments

We always endeavour to work around our patients schedules and to see and treat them as soon as possible. If however, there are greater health issues, we will seek to find arrangements better suited for you.

Appointment Cancellations

We require that any cancellation of an appointment be given at least 24 hour notice so that we may otherwise reuse this space. Any cancelations within 24 hours of an appointment will be subject to a fee in relation to the time lost.

Patient Condidentiality

As a patient of Dundee Chiropractic Clinic and / or Fife Chiropractic Clinic, you can be assured no information will be released about you. We maintain a strict policy in storing and maintaining your information.

Member Secure Area

We provide patients with access to our own online resources, in the members secure area. This access is granted on a 3-month period to any patient attending Dundee Chiropractic Clinic or Fife Chiropractic Clinic for Chiropractic Sessions and / or any of our Health Talks.

We retain the right to terminate this access, effective immediately, should a patient member be found to be misusing the service. This includes, but is not limited to, giving out account information, redistributing content from the secure area, referencing or using any content without prior written consent.
